OVERTHINKING THE OVERTHINKING.

Real talk:

I am thrilled (and anxious) about telling you that I am launching a podcast this week.

The truth is, everything launches in a few days and I’ve procrastinated on a super crucial part... you know, actually editing the episodes. I go back and forth on what parts of me should and shouldn’t be floating around in the world.

Some of you have seen the process. From me buying some mics a couple of months ago, to maybe even being a part of the recordings. I am not a professional podcaster. Secret’s out! Heck, I don’t really even listen to podcasts. It’s easy to hesitate on getting things out there because we’ve overthought it from every direction and second guessed ourselves. I’m over that hesitation. I hope these conversations spark something inside of you. I hope they spark something inside of me and allow me the opportunity to give myself a damn break. Let’s just BE together and understand that it’s better to put ourselves out there than to die with the regret of never knowing what would’ve happened if we did. What’s something you’d like me to talk about?
