Most people have no idea where I actually reside. Before COVID I bounced around for work so much that it was hard to say where exactly I would be sleeping. I am based in Dallas, TX. Like most people in the event industry I had to pivot. I have decided that in 2021 to only offer intimate weddings (25 and under) around the USA. I have a few spots left with $500 off for any couple who books. For 2022, I am only doing micro weddings anywhere around the world. So what the heck is a micro wedding?

Truth be told, elopements are my ultimate favorite for many reasons but here are my top 3 reasons: 1. Your personalities can’t help but stand out in each photograph when you are LESS STRESSED! I’d say that most people aren’t super comfortable with a camera following them around for 8 hours…

During this pandemic, I am trying to focus my creative efforts and do my best to deliver valuable content that hopefully contributes to your lives. Since events and travel are postponed for the foreseeable future (yes, my entire career… yikes) I will have more time to interact with YOU and create content. With that being said, I just created this brand new category on my Patreon called the RTS Crew in hopes of coming together to sort through religious trauma, share our stories and grow together.

Hey, friends. I’m going to get straight to the point. I have some good news, and I have some bad news. Let’s start with the bad news… I’ve been taking a small social media break, because I tested positive for COVID-19 this week. Insert scary, dramatic music here. I’m fine, but more on that in a second. After taking an at-home test that came back negative, I decided to go to a doctor to get another brain tickle just in case.

I had a conversation w/ a complete stranger the other day at an appointment. I was already uncomfortable from sitting on a too-firm chair, and we started in with the typical small talk about the state of our world, which quickly turned into her saying, “I just don’t get the whole race thing. I mean... We don’t have white pride month.”

I’ve always felt the most alive when seeing people in their element inspiring others, and that energy fuels me. I’ve spent a decade behind the scenes essentially capturing the love, happiness and stories of others, and that’s the extent of connection I felt comfortable with.

“I have just started my journey in sitting with the trauma I experienced growing up in a Christian home and Christian school. I never realized how much anxiety I had as a child, sitting there going through the thoughts of “what would I do if the rapture happened and my parents were taken from me, how would I survive?”
